Friendly and helpful staff. Good location and clean although the hotel is relatively old. It is close to food courts.
Worn-out bedsheets and bath towels. Room rate a little expensive. Do not have good city map of Penang.

Stayed here 3.5 years ago and thought it was a good hotel then. Improvements are appreciated & free wifi in room invaluable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Too many mosquitoes flying around the rooms in old, dirty room
Too many mosquitoes in room, no warm water in room, old & obsolete furniture. It is definitely not worth staying there.

The price is very cheap and the accommodation is nice.
The television is quite old and the channel is not very clear.

Location is great, walking distant to most hot spot. Friendly room services.
How nice they could serve "Kaya" during breakfast. Its great if the tower provided in the bath room could have be little "newer & clean" feel.

Very sparse breakfast. Just bread/muesli/cornflakes with milk/coffee/tea. Eggs at an additional price charged.

Staff were good and helpful, very reasonable price and spacious room.
It would be great if there was electric kettle provided in room. Mosquito could get into rooms. Old hotel, but pretty unique.

The locality was convenient for shopping and for eating places.

It was closely located to the best of the mall in the city and was close to the ferry terminal just 10 minutes from there by "Teksi" or Taxi.
Its is just ok hotel the only things we did not like while being there was the bedsheets as it seemed all patched and old. Moreover it was like a lodge unlike a hotel feeling.

The staff are extremely helpful. They are very knowledgable able to give accurate information of most of the places of interest. Will certainly stay at the hotel again if I have the chance to visit Penang again.

Budget hence Spacious room with numerous facilities that are available. Free wifi, printing and parking spaces. Close by to places where you can find lotta foods and buying things that you need. Honest and friendly staffs where you can ask questions and rely on.
Average cleanness where I could find hairs on da bed and dust everywhere. Weird smell around the hotel might be due to old furnitures or carpet.
